ABA is one of the most fraud-exposed categories in children's services. Families wait months for a diagnosis, then pay thousands, often with no clear way to tell a careful provider from a predatory one. MOEx is a free first step: understand your child and learn the right questions before anyone asks for a deposit. It is the tipping point of a larger free-resource project, not the end of it.
